Dear Apple,
If you are going to waste my time adding podcasting support to iTunes, can you also give me a bit of love on the whole ipodhelper.exe thing where it sometimes malfunctions and needs to be restarted in order to properly sync my iPod? I'm not rebooting because of YOUR software. Task manager (and regedit to find the right command) is fun and all, but no thanks.

I'm not going to give you any bit of love on ipodhelper.exe. We have outsourced our itune software development to a firm in India and China. We ran into that design flaw 9 months after starting to program. The savings of outsourcing the software development far outweighs the cost of business earnings/losses with ipodhelper.exe. Thank you for your concern and wish of loving. Learn to embrace redmond and love the machine.
