How do people do these transcriptions (I use that world loosely) to your phone posts?

I was just curious cause I went in the FAQ and it mentioned a button I don't see.
yea, that's how I roll. people don't know they're missing commentary, features, whatever. I have many onionlike layers of friends groups like that.
